- The MS Word files (12.5MB total), from the CD distributed by the Planning Department
- A ZIP archive of the MS Word files (2MB).
Notice that this is substantially smaller than than the total of the individual files.
Also, it allows a single download.

Some PDFs contain multiple (small) sections from the report.
The version of the report here contains the applicant's (Stanford's) responses
with the sections replaced being red-lined out
(to make it easier to see the changes).

This report is very, very long (inches thick when printed).
